Is this a course?
No. It is not a course or educational program. It is a private session to work through real decisions with peers.
Is this a 1:1 session?
No. It is a private group session with up to 5 selected companies. Each company works through its own case and also learns from the other cases in the room.
Is this consulting?
It is not open-ended consulting or implementation. It is a guided session to pressure-test decisions. If you need operational support later, that is evaluated separately.
Why is it application-based?
Because the value comes from being able to discuss real situations without turning it into a webinar. If the group does not share comparable context, the conversation loses quality.
Can I bring someone from my team?
Yes. Each company can bring one internal guest who helps ground the conversation: operations, sales, technology, product, or leadership.
Do I need to know AI?
No. What matters is having a company or area where the decision is already relevant. The session exists for leaders who do not want to spend months figuring everything out alone.
What happens after?
