You know AI will impact your company, but you are not sure where to start.

Applied AI Executive Program
Lead AI adoption with judgment, not scattered demos.
A private program for CEOs and managers who need to understand how the technology behind applied AI works before bringing it into their company.
Technical judgment
You do not need to become an engineer. You do need to understand data, APIs, automations, LLMs, agents, integrations, evaluations, and limits.
During the program, you will work on a real case from your company to translate a business need into an initial technical spec and roadmap your team or vendor can execute.
Price
A private program capped at 20 participants.
We review every application to keep the group focused on executive context, technical readiness, and real company cases.

Who it is for
Built for CEOs and managers who need to understand the technical side of applied AI.
This program is for leaders who already feel the pressure to adopt AI, but want to understand the architecture, data, risks, and technical decisions behind a real case.
You have tried ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or other tools, but still use them superficially.
You want enough context to lead internal conversations with technical teams, vendors, or functional areas.
You need to identify real use cases without chasing demos that do not solve anything.
You want to build internal capability instead of depending completely on third parties.
You have manual or repetitive processes, but are not sure whether AI, automation, software, or operational changes are the right answer.
How it works
Technical sessions for leaders, applied work, and progress reviews.
Each participant will work on a real case from their company. If you do not have one yet, we will help you identify it and turn it into an initial technical scope.
3 live group sessions to understand technical fundamentals and implementation patterns.
2 individual sessions to review your case, adjust scope, and ground technical decisions.
Async support during the program to unblock progress.
Estimated time investment of 4 hours per week across sessions, review, and applied work.
Stack
The tools we work with day to day.
These are the models, agents, and platforms we use to design, prototype, and ship applied AI use cases alongside our clients.
It is not a closed list. Judgment matters more than the tool — we choose the one that best fits each case.
Claude Code
Terminal coding agent
Codex
OpenAI pair programmer
Claude
Anthropic conversational LLM
Gemini
Google multimodal model
OpenClaw
Local-first open-source agent
Hermes
Agent with persistent memory
n8n
Workflow orchestration
Program
Three weeks to move from intention to a grounded use case.
The intent is not for you to leave as an engineer. The intent is for you to understand enough technical detail to lead better, ask better questions, and avoid poorly scoped projects.
Week 1
Find opportunities and understand the technology.
Session 1: How to innovate inside your company
How to detect real improvement opportunities and separate interesting ideas from projects that justify a technical solution.
Outcome: first use-case hypotheses and technical constraints to work on during the program.
Session 2: Technical fundamentals every leader needs
Data, APIs, automations, LLMs, agents, integrations, security, evaluations, costs, and limitations.
Outcome: understand what type of solution your case may require.
Week 2
Diagnose, prioritize, and review your case.
Session 3: Consultative thinking to diagnose and prioritize correctly
How to define the problem, narrow scope, identify technical constraints, estimate impact, and decide how to measure whether it worked.
Outcome: a prioritized and better-structured use case.
Final project kickoff: 1:1 session
The first individual session to review your case, adjust scope, and define pending technical decisions.
Outcome: a clear path toward an initial spec or prototype.
Week 3
Async work and check-ins to ground your case.
Final project landing
You will advance with async support and a second individual review on a flow, spec, prototype, initial automation, or technical roadmap.
Outcome: a technical deliverable you can move with your team after the program.

Frequently asked questions
Direct answers about the format, time investment, technical level, and scope of the program.
Not exactly. It includes educational content, but the goal is not to learn tools for the sake of learning tools. The goal is to build executive technical judgment and ground a real AI case inside your company.
