## Becoming AI Native Retreat

A private two-day retreat on October 5–6, 2026 at Alex Torrenegra's residence in Napa Valley, California, held during SF Tech Week. Fifty seats, access by application. Participants work on one real situation from their own organization, contrast it with cases from other industries, and leave with a first concrete test to run. Hosted by Alexander Torrenegra, Tania Zapata, and Alan Arguello. Pricing starts at USD 1,450 and rises by confirmation date up to USD 2,450.

Torrenegra & Co analyzed 955 form and event records plus seven in-depth business conversations about AI adoption in Latin America. Across the two cohorts that answered the same maturity question, most respondents were between individual use, pilots, and isolated workflows. Operational automation was the most frequent theme in 645 classified open-text responses.
